All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through BlueStrip Kicks are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or changes of mind.

Please review product details carefully before completing your purchase.


Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bluestripkicks@gmail.com with clear photos and your order information.

If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to resolve it appropriately. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.


Authenticity & Condition

All items sold by BlueStrip Kicks are 100% authentic and carefully inspected prior to shipment. Condition details are provided at the time of sale, and minor manufacturing variations are not considered defects.


Non-Returnable Items

Because all sales are final, we do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or special orders

  • Worn or altered items


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, a new order must be placed.


European Union Customers

At this time, BlueStrip Kicks does not accept returns or cancellations for international orders, including shipments to the European Union. All international sales are final.
